As Innovoreach gets our storage unit stocked and ready to serve the community, there are a few key items we desperately need to organize, distribute, and deliver support to people experiencing homelessness.
You don’t have to donate a truckload. You just have to start.
Here are 5 specific items you can donate today to help us stock the unit and stay mission-ready:
1. Clear Storage Bins with Lids
We need a clean, weather-resistant way to organize supplies by category:
Hygiene Kits
Seasonal Clothing
Emergency Food
Outreach Supplies
Preferably stackable and see-through. Sizes: Medium to Large. Bonus if they’re labeled!

2. Clipboards & Binders
We’re organizing volunteers, intake forms, outreach plans, and program checklists.
Heavy-duty clipboards (with storage if possible)
2” or 3” binders with dividers
Page protectors
This isn’t just office gear—it’s structure for survival.
3. Ziploc Bags (Quart & Gallon)
We go through hundreds. Why? Because they’re the backbone of:
Hygiene kits
Snack packs
First aid supplies
Waterproofing essentials for clients
Unopened, brand-new boxes. Slide or press seal is fine.
4. Label Maker + Label Tape
A labeled unit is an efficient unit. Help us keep track of inventory, rotation schedules, and donation bins.
If you’ve got a label maker you’re not using—or want to gift a new one—it helps us stay sharp and organized every single day.
5. Shelving Units (Free-Standing or Wall-Mounted)
Let’s keep the floor clear and the access easy.
We need sturdy, easy-to-assemble shelving to store:
Clothing by size
Outreach kits by category
Restock-ready bins
Wire shelves, heavy-duty plastic, or steel preferred.
