Phase IV: House

Creating safe Spaces for Growth

A safe and secure place to call home is the cornerstone of lasting independence. In Phase IV: House, we provide housing solutions that meet individuals where they are, from temporary and emergency shelter to long-term options like rapid re-housing and tiny home communities. By addressing housing needs with compassion and innovation, we help individuals lay the foundation for a brighter, more promising future.

Phase IV in Action

Woman sitting on the floor looking sad with tears on her face, wearing a hoodie and jeans, against a wooden background.

Lisa is a single mother of two young children who recently lost her home after a series of unexpected medical bills drained her savings. She has been staying in her car, doing her best to keep her kids safe and warm, but the situation has become unbearable. With nowhere else to turn and no family nearby, Lisa is desperate for a safe place for her children to sleep.

She hears about Innovoreach’s temporary housing program through a community outreach event and decides to reach out, hoping for help to get back on her feet.

This is our fictional character, Lisa. We are using her for this example.

Lisa’s Dilemma

Our Solution

Lisa is immediately connected with Innovoreach’s team, who help her access a temporary housing unit designed to provide short-term shelter for families. The unit is fully equipped with beds, basic necessities, and a safe environment, allowing Lisa and her children to feel secure for the first time in weeks.

While in the program, Lisa meets with a volunteer who works with her to develop a plan for next steps. She’s connected to Innovoreach’s Meal Stability Program to ensure her family has access to nutritious food, and she’s introduced to resources in Phase III for employment support.

With a safe place to stay, Lisa can focus on stabilizing her situation without the immediate stress of finding shelter every night.
